• INSURANCE INVESTIGATIONS


Our insurance investigation division's full surveillance service provides insurers with certified specialists using high quality video, night vision, and 35 mm photography equipment.  Our investigators have been carefully trained in the requirements of the law, including the interpretation of the invasion of privacy and entrapment regulations.  IDRC's insurance investigators are experienced in liability, subrogation, death verification, property loss, bodily injury, vehicle recovery, and workers' compensation.

• CIVIL AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS


Our legal investigation division provides professional investigations in internal theft, drug, asset probes, loss prevention, and special investigations.  We have successfully completed many homicide, arson, and sexual harassment cases for several of the Public Defender's offices in the state of Georgia.

• SKIP TRACE INVESTIGATIONS


The locating of witnesses, missing family members, and friends is also a part of IDRC's expert service, as is the international location of heirs and the location of spouse and children in custody cases.  In addition, both subpoena and process serving services can be provided.

Conducting a professional surveillance is one of the most important functions in the investigative process.  We use only experienced law enforcement or certified investigators trained and equipped to complete your investigation in the best possible manner, using surveillance vehicles, video systems, and high-grade cameras.

• ASSET SEARCHES


Location of assets of a business or individual to include real property, personal property, stocks, bonds, bank accounts (domestic and international) and amounts, aircraft, boats, and place of employment.

• HANDWRITING ANALYSIS


Complete document and statement analysis, Forgery Detection, Jury Selection, and Personnel Selection by a court qualified Certified Master Graphologist.

SPECIALTY INVESTIGATION

• DEBUGGING / TECHNICAL COUNTERMEASURES (TSCM)


IDRC has the documented expertise and ability to secure and protect your information and communications, either verbal, written, or electronic, for eavesdropping and intrusion.  We use state-of-the-art electronics equipment to conduct TSCM SWEEPS either by "Real Time" detection during business hours or after hours comprehensive counter-measure services.

• ARSON OR FIRE LOSSES


IDRC has graduates of the Federal Arson Academy, a nine-month school of advanced arson investigations, and numerous other arson schools.  We will investigate to determine the possibility of arson or fraud, cause and origin.

• AVIATION ACCIDENTS OR NEGLIGENCE


IDRC is fortunate to have two investigators with over thirty years experience with the FAA.  One specializes in Aircraft Accidents, the other specializes in Air Traffic Control Negligence.  This type of investigation is conducted to establish fault in the case of an air tragedy or accident.

• MARITIME OR SUBSEA


IDRC has professional investigators with hardhat and SCUBA experience in salvage and scuttle investigations.  This type of investigation is designed to determine the cause of a vessel sinking, and if, in the case of a fire, it was arson.

• SCUBA NEGLIGENCE AND ACCIDENTS


IDRC's SCUBA investigation team consists of certified Police Instructors who not only hold diving instruction and rescue ratings, but also train law enforcement agencies' dive rescue teams.  We use this team to determine whether there was negligence in the diver's training, equipment, or conduct, or whether the negligence was of a third party.

• ENVIRONMENTAL AND TOXIC EXPOSURE TORT CLAIMS


IDRC has an investigator who consults to the NRC and EMA on nuclear and toxic waste exposure and security.  He is a specialist in 10 CFR compliance and OSHA regulations.  This type of investigation is to determine negligence in the case of spills and unlawful disposal, or to determine the amount of damage, if any.

• ANIMAL RIGHTS TERRORISM AWARENESS


IDRC provides awareness training in the methods and techniques utilized by the action oriented animal rights terrorist activists against the animal use in industry, including research labs, sports directed activities, and the fur industry.

• CHILD ABUSE / CHILD CUSTODY / ORGANIZED PERPETRATOR GROUP


IDRC has trained investigators who specialize in Crimes Against Children.  We have successfully conducted investigations into custody matters, child abuse, sexual child abuse, child pornography, and have recovered children taken by non custodial parents.  Our investigators instruct police officers in Crimes Against Children and lecture at national seminars on the subject.

Our uniqueness stems from such important elements as:

• A professional staff consisting of many certified fraud examiners and Police Officers Standards and Training (POST) certified law enforcement personnel.  All have proven skills as professionals in the field and as outstanding witnesses when called to testify in court.  Our senior investigators have a minimum of 10 years investigative experience with a government intelligence or law enforcement agency.

• State-of-the-art technology which includes computer systems that are on line with over 210 data bases, the latest electronic counter eavesdropping equipment, voice stress analyzers, night vision, covert and pinhole video and video equipment which develops still photographs from running video.

  We have successfully completed hundreds of asset searches, including searches on Noriega and Milken, to list a few.  We have been involved with the returning of stolen funds from off-shore and Swiss accounts, as well as obtaining banking information and tax records worldwide.  We have located billions of dollars in hidden assets for our clients.

  Our operatives have returned 42 hostages from foreign countries, as well as many child custody returns.

  IDRC has a staff or specialty investigators who qualify as expert witnesses in Arson, Aviation, Aquatic, Accident Reconstruction, Ritualistic Crimes, Sex Crimes, Handwriting-Questioned documents, Technical Surveillance, Debugging, Child Custody, and Child Abuse.
